How do we ship your order?

All domestic orders are processed and in the mail within 1-3 business days. Once in the mail, transit time is estimated at 2-7 business days (that is in addition to the processing time, so about 2-10 days total). Transit time will vary depending upon location, items are shipped out of Wesley Chapel, FL. We do not do overnight/express shipping due to unexpected circumstances that can occur from time to time. Insurance and/or signature upon delivery is not included. However, if you wish to add this to your shipment please email us as soon as your order is placed. We’ll do our best to accommodate most circumstances.

Holidays & weekends are not counted as a “business” or “transit” day. These days are all based on the most accurate estimate we can provide, there can be occurrences that cause a delay in shipment that are out of our control.


Processing = 1-3 Business Days + Standard transit 2-7 Business Days 


The transit time will vary with international orders but are estimated at 10-15 business days (in addition to the 1-3 processing days). Tracking is not available for international orders once it leaves the U.S. Then, Now, Always is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may by incurred at the time of delivery. Such fees are at the discretion of each individual country and are payable by the buyer. 

All international orders (outside of the USA) are shipped USPS First Class international mail. International orders are done manually, once your order status is “complete”, it has shipped (tracking is not included). Process time is the same as non-international orders, 1-3 business days. Transit time is estimated at 5-17 business days (this is only an estimate) but will vary depending upon the location of your country and its policies. USPS Priority mail transit time is estimated at 5-12 business days, with online tracking accessible. USPS First Class international is estimated at 12-17 business days, does not offer online tracking accessibility, but you can email for information & proof of shipment. Since First Class mail does not come with online tracking, the customer accepts that proof of delivery is not provided. Priority Mail is recommended for international orders.

Please note that every so often a package may get stopped by customs (due to crossing country borderlines), if stopped, this will significantly increase the transit time. We do not guarantee transit time will be within the “approximate” time frames stated above for international orders.

When your package is delivered, your country may or may not put a customs charge/fee on your package. Please be aware that this is a possibility. It is not an extra charge from us (Then, Now, Always), it is your country charging you for importing goods across country borders. We will not be liable for any extra charges placed on the orders package. If a customs fee/charge is placed and not paid by you, the package will eventually be sent back to us. Once we receive the unpaid package, we will take it as a return and there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of ship date. All returns and exchanges must be returned unwashed and unworn. All refunds, exchanges, and returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we will take it from there. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know! It is extremely important to us that you are pleased with our product, and we will do most everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.
