Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once in the mail, transit time is estimated at 7-10 business days.

We ship via USPS and offer both Priority & First Class mail.

Transit time with Priority Mail: estimated 1-3 business days (from date of shipment).

First Class: estimated 2-7 business days(from date of shipment).

This will vary depending upon location, items are shipped out of the Orlando, FL area. 

Holidays & weekends are not counted as a "business" or "transit" day. These days are all based on the most accurate estimate we can provide, there can be circumstances that cause a delay in shipment that are out of our control. Sometime due to holidays/weekends, the 1-3 day processing time can increase an extra day or two.

International Shipping

Please see our international page for details on where we ship. Transit time will vary with international orders but are estimated at 10-15 business days (in addition to the 1-3 processing days). We ship via First Class & Priority USPS mail for international orders.

Then, Now, Always is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website.
